好少會見到一間用蝦煲做主題的餐廳,我叫做蝦煲,其實係各式各樣不同口味煮法的蝦料理。再加上台灣特式食品,足夠吸引滿場食客。鹹蛋黃蝦($208)6隻大頭蝦都包裹著咸蛋黃芡汁,份量好多所以味道好濃郁,濃味到我地點左一碗白飯,加上咸蛋黃食十分滋味。蝦每隻都好多肉好大隻,而且好新鮮,食啖好鮮味,加上咸蛋黃煮完後更加惹味。小食拼盤($58)小食拼盤有枝豆﹑溏心蛋和麻辣雲耳。個人十分喜歡麻辣雲耳,因為有好香又刺激的花椒油的香味,加上微酸的醋香,味道調得剛好,而又令人十分開胃。糖心滷蛋滷得好入味,食落仲帶有甜味,而且蛋都煮得好滑溜。麻辣臭豆腐($78)雖說是臭豆腐,但一點都唔臭亦唔算太麻,反而係好香滷水味,仲帶有微辣調味更加開胃。臭豆腐食落似凍豆腐質地,將醬汁的香味都吸收晒,好入味。水蜜桃雪葩($68)水蜜桃雪葩是整個都可以食的,將水蜜桃中間挖空,再加入好豐富足料的水蜜桃雪葩,每啖都十分清甜水蜜桃味道。連果肉都可以食埋。南瓜雪糕($68)可愛的小南瓜中間挖空,又放返濃味的南瓜雪糕落去,食落味道濃到好似用南瓜肉打成的雪糕一樣。食得好滿足既一餐。仲有好多種口味煮法的蝦都仲想試,下次一定會再試下其他款式。
