十二月天氣凍,最適合打邊爐!一入鋪頭見到有椰子雞湯底,諗都唔洗諗就揀呢個。雞肉指定六分鐘後開鑊食,口感肉地鮮嫩啱啱好!椰子湯底鮮甜,仲有啖啖爽甜椰子肉。海鮮亦都好新鮮,有花甲、蠔、肉蟹、扇貝。貝殼類新鮮,蠔食落都好肥美鮮甜,最滿足係肉蟹一大隻,啖啖肉!配料都有好多選擇,order咗手打墨魚丸、花膠仔、生菜、淮山、西班牙梅頭肉,仲有鴨紅,味道唔錯,淮山好粉,花膠仔足料,略嫌墨魚丸份量太少,但味道好好。湯底靚,又浸過海鮮,最後忍唔住飲晒啲湯,份量啱啱好!
