香港人一年四季都喜歡打邊爐、傅统式、放題式、蒸氣式。。。各式各樣。今天友人介紹了一間新店、位於太子。經過長長樓梯己感覺到書卷味濃、佳因装潢有點似去了圖書館、而接待位擺放了一些仿古擺設、如電話亭、舊式梳化等。內裡空間感濶、再加上精緻的佈局、末食己贏了個陣。打邊爐容易上火、先來個椰青解火、清甜可口又醒胃。各人放工時間不一、最好來點小吃邊談邊食邊等啦。泡椒白玉菇看似平平無奇的白玉菇、除了菇香還帶有微微的香辣。其實靈魂所在於調味的子天椒、那種清淡的辣不太嗆、越食越想食。蜜汁糖蓮藕爽口的蓮藕、一片接一片、停不了口。既然主打椰子雞、就來一客原味椰子雞鍋。先將椰青水煮滾放入雞件、枱上有一個漏斗、當漏斗內的沙流向另一面後、就可享用第一輪清甜的椰子雞湯了。建議盡快吃雞件、因怕煮得過老影響口感。果然雞件相當嫩滑、醮少許自家調味的豉油、柑桔、沙薑茸和辣椒粒、提升了肉質的鮮美、更能感受到海南文昌雞的食法。頂呱呱!要了一客佐賀A5牛肉眼、肉質較腍略帶脂肪、入口即溶、完全被溶化了。可惜份量太少、價錢又進取了一點。第二輪的湯底多了點肉的鮮味、效果不錯。日本產地直送野菜籃、非常新鮮多汁。但係又是份量太少了。吃過火鍋、

今天豪氣一點、黑松露龍蝦煲仔飯來了、嘩啦!啦!

煲蓋一開、散發出黑松露的香氣、再加上飯燋的香、真的另人唾涎。

龍蝦不算大隻、勝在肉質爽、鮮嫩、非常美味。
