今次係我第二次光顧,呢間小店喺新蒲崗非常出名,兩次去都要排長龍先可以食到,啲人成日話呢度嘅老闆好串,但係我就覺得呢度嘅老闆只不過係對自己嘅食物有份執着同認真。食咗兩次,我都係比較鍾意食佢嘅格仔餅🧇,呢度嘅格仔餅非常厚身,係比平時喺甜品舖食到嘅窩夫更厚身!格仔餅厚身得嚟,仲保留左雞蛋仔嗰種帶少許煙韌嘅蛋糕口感,表面烤得香脆,再加埋爆醫生生醬🥜、煉奶🍼、黃糖🍯同埋牛油🧈(邪惡組合),真係少啲定力都唔得(會想encore🙉)。另外老闆見我哋係兩個人,所以會好細心咁樣將個格仔餅cut開兩份,方便我哋share食。而且呢度就算再忙再多人排隊都一定係即叫即整,最新鮮最熱辣辣咁比客人食。其實除咗原味仲有好多唔同嘅口味,譬如話金莎朱古力、芝麻同烏龍茶等,老闆亦都話會定期轉下新口味,如果行開新蒲崗,真係要嚟試一試!
