放工約左朋友黎尖沙咀食飯,朋友諗黎諗去都唔知食咩,咁啱經過見到有人派傳單,見幾啱食又唔貴,就上左黎「六合小廚」。點左2人套餐$288,有兩餸兩飯兩湯。咖哩牛腩飯—牛腩炆得幾淋,咖哩汁唔會太稀或太澀,味道啱啱好。 黑松露炒四季豆—黑松露份量多,又煮得夠穫氣,使成碟餸既味道昇華到另一個層次。而四季豆炒得夠爽脆,黑松露完全能夠入味。好耐都冇食過咁好食既炒四季豆。隨2人餐所附上的時令蔬菜—芥蘭、中湯2碗、白飯2碗。擔心我朋友呢個大胃王唔夠食,另外單點「豆腐火腩煲」。可惜係火腩賣哂,經我地既同意後,廚師轉用斑腩,炮製了一道「豆腐斑腩煲」!係未食之前,都心諗臨時轉斑腩,應該都唔好得去邊。但品嚐過後,推翻左我地既假設,斑腩並沒有煮到太淋或爛,配上煲內既醬汁,並沒有使我們失望。
