去到荃灣2點幾又未食lunch常餐癮又興起就拉左住荃灣地膽既同事落樓睇下有咩茶記啱食,佢就帶左我去呢間冰室到食話呢到個蕃茄湯常餐幾唔錯.招牌瑞士雞脾蕃茄湯螺絲粉,先講蕃茄味都幾濃,而且好多蕃茄蓉係湯入面帶少少甜味但唔會過份加工既甜.螺絲粉面上仲加份炒滑將入口香滑加上蕃茄湯果道更香.螺絲粉煮得彈牙唔會糊晒.瑞士雞脾滷得夠入味得黎又唔會滷到雞脾肉鞋晒,瑞士汁唔會過甜同過濃.紅綠椰冰,紅豆冰就飲得多,但加左綠豆又真係第一次!可以一次過滿足晒2個願望😋本身以為會係紅色同綠色豆合拼,上到枱雖然綠豆係剝左衣但一樣唔影響味道.加上椰汁香得黎又唔會過份甜.個人覺得綠豆比紅豆香但整體都好不錯.蓮藕餅雞扒飯,蓮藕餅食落外層煎香又脆而內裏蓮藕口感爽口又唔會感覺好肥膩,入口啖啖肉而且加上薑蓉同甜鼓油入口更加惹味.紅豆冰,紅頭煮得夠淋,一半沙一半蓉唔會飲落無晒口感.焗芝士肉醬薯角即叫即焗,入口熱辣辣.估唔到肉醬咁豐富厚厚一層,可以足夠比咁多薯角都沾到肉醬.
