吉列雞軟骨($60):相比起下,吉列雞軟骨因炸皮偏厚,咬落則較腍且冇咁脆口,不過敗筆在於預先淋面嘅甜醬過多,其甜味亦實在過濃
,顯然伴配嘅芥辣亦用不著,解決方法其實可考慮將甜醬好似芥辣咁喺碟旁分開伴配。

中環新興熱店「Birdie」位置雖然有點交通不便,但勝在抽氣不錯,又夠氣氛,服務生態度亦比預期良好。最重要一環嘅主題串燒即叫即煮,熱力十足,價格大多都好合理,多款雞肉及雞內臟串燒嘅質素及調味就有啲參差
;值得推介嘅有雞腎雞尾雞翼,但亦有部份如雞皮、雞頸、雞腿等需要調整。因考慮到進步空間仍有許多,XO仔最終決定首次光臨先俾OK評,希望下次再幫襯時有驚喜後,可以補多篇
