我同男朋友都鍾意食泰國菜,行過灣仔見到新開小店 (走型格路線咁樣) 一於試下先!餐廳環境較暗,座位有少少窄,坐靠牆就要麻煩隔離枱讓一讓。食物款式多樣化,有燒烤類、小食、主食、甜品等等,適合多人一同分享。男朋友話之前係上海食過榴槤薄餅好夾,原來係呢度招牌菜之一,當然要試試!一上枱已經飄來陣陣榴槤香~Pizza係薄脆型,面頭放左D24榴槤蓉同芝士去焗,榴槤肉軟滑細膩,榴槤味道濃郁,榴槤愛好者必定喜歡!芝士味則稍稍被榴槤味蓋過,幸好鹹香平衡了榴槤的甜。食泰國菜無理由唔叫沙嗲串燒,想試齊豬、牛、雞所以點左串燒拼盤(半打)。雞肉串燒做得較出色,肉質嫩滑富肉汁豬肉、牛肉醃得入味但偏韌,可以蘸點沙嗲醬搭救。醬汁馥郁香濃,花生醬味突出,加點辣勁想必更惹味!男朋友仲叫左炸春卷,春卷炸得金黃香脆,油膩感亦難以避免。餡料以蔬菜為主,食得出混合了不同香料,蘸點羅望子醬可豐富食味。最後是店員推薦的泰式汁藍青口,體型中等,份量還不少。青口脹卜卜尚算肥美,香辣泰式汁更能突出青口的甜味。整體質素不俗,部份菜式帶點新派fusion玩味,還有供應各款酒類,嗜酒的朋友應該會喜歡!
