媽咪好鍾意食粵菜,所以今晚帶咗佢嚟呢度開餐。呢度坐得好舒服,又有海景樓景睇,今晚我哋叫咗兩個湯同埋四個餸:杏汁豬肺湯($98/位)呢個可以係話係招牌菜,好似話要訂㗎,不過好彩我哋今晚一早嚟到,所以Walk in都食得到。個湯燉得好夠火候,又足料,啲豬肺又洗得乾淨冇味,杏汁又夠濃,飲完都覺得好養顏養生。羊肚菌松茸竹笙花菇燉湯($98/位)呢個湯一開蓋即刻見到好大個菜膽喺度,即刻覺得會係一個好下火嘅湯,而且啲菇類好粥,有唔少嘅羊肚菌、有好幾朵花菇、有一條竹笙,又有啲松茸,呢個湯清清地,啲湯料嘅菇類又有爽爽地嘅口感,好好飲。蜜汁西班牙叉燒拼燒腩仔 $238呢個叉燒同燒男仔真係冇得輸,叉燒切得厚薄均勻,肥瘦又均勻,又可以食到啖啖肉,又唔肥膩,又有燶邊,燒得非常好嘅叉燒。燒腩仔個皮又夠卜卜脆,而且五花腩肉嗰層肥瘦分明,睇到係千層肉嘅視覺,再點咪似係自家條配嘅解辣真係食落一啲都唔肥膩,中間仲配埋少少海蜇中和下啖啖肉嘅口感,係一個非常好嘅配搭。脆焗鮮鳳尾蝦多士(兩份)$136就咁睇以為係脆炸而成嘅,但其實原來係焗到脆嘅。呢個蝦多士係上面上咗一層好厚好足料又爽彈啖啖肉嘅蝦膠,兒歌底只係墊住一天薄薄地嘅

就咁睇以為係脆炸而成嘅,但其實原來係焗到脆嘅。呢個蝦多士係上面上咗一層好厚好足料又爽彈啖啖肉嘅蝦膠,兒歌底只係墊住一天薄薄地嘅脆焗多士,個主角完全係喺個蝦膠嗰度,好適合用刀叉嚟食。


燕麥黃金北海道大元貝(兩件)$148
呢個簡直係天使與魔鬼大鬥法嘅菜式。有好健康嘅燕麥做coating,然後又上咗層好邪惡嘅黃金蛋黃碎,個外皮做到好脆,再切開先見到主角大元貝出場,內裏大元貝嘅原汁原味又鎖住左喺入面👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽


上湯千層菠菜(轉菜心)$188
上湯浸住啲菜心,上面灑上幾粒杞子,側邊伴有幾條素齋,為今晚咁豐盛嘅晚餐做咗一個平衡。菜心好新鮮,好鮮嫩。


不得不提呢度啲普洱茶靚,成餐晚飯一路飲住普洱啲茶色都冇轉淡,真係好少中式餐館連茶都做得咁好,啲侍應亦都好細心。見你啲茶差唔多飲完,都會主動過嚟幫你斟吓茶,換下水。
