今日中午我們去咗中環士丹利街嘅「檀島咖啡餅店」食中午飯!我們叫咗葡國鷄飯、羅宋湯螺絲粉、越式香茅鷄中翼檬、鮮油菠蘿包同煎蛋叉燒菠蘿包!葡國鷄飯嘅鷄肉肉質好軟滑,而且份量都算多,醬汁嘅味道都幾香濃!羅宋湯螺絲粉嘅羅宋湯底非常濃郁,材料相當豐富,螺絲粉亦好爽口彈牙!越式香茅鷄中翼檬嘅湯底味道比較清淡,鷄中翼炸得好香脆,肉質好嫩滑,香茅嘅味道相當惹味!鮮油菠蘿包同煎蛋叉燒菠蘿包嘅包質非常香滑鬆軟,菠蘿皮相當香脆,熱烘烘嘅菠蘿包夾住冰凍嘅鮮牛油一齊食,真係超正,而夾住香甜鬆軟嘅叉燒同太陽蛋一齊食,有鹹有甜,感覺就好特別!例湯:粉葛赤小豆排骨湯煲得都幾濃郁!香檀島咖啡相當香滑,味道非常芳香濃郁!
