To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人排隊、我又排🤣每次行過都見到有10個人喺度排隊～好好奇，又話香港d食肆好唔掂😨但次次都見到咁多人排隊其實今日係同老公搭的士經過老公特登叫司機喺店舖附近放低我先我先排隊，佢去接亞女學完琴帶佢過嚟～一間家庭式嘅小店有一個超過70歲嘅老伯伯問我哋幾多位❓應該排咗15-20分鐘 ▶️入坐🔸 #菜膽雞球牛肉麵雞球是三隻小雞髀🍗 普普通通，食唔到雞味～不過肉質都嫩滑牛肉是牛𦟌，燘得軟硬度啱啱好返而鍾意佢嘅面嘅質地，唔係淋但係滑，好似吸一啖就會滑咗落喉嚨咁👍湯底唔加味精，非常唔錯🔸 #菜膽雲吞排骨麵我諗呢個應該係招牌麵有三棵白菜仔，好新鮮爽脆雲吞喺厚皮嘅菜肉雲吞，平時嘅厚皮真係好厚又偏硬呢度嘅皮厚薄啱啱好，包煮入邊菜同豬肉好新鮮，好味道🤤當然要試一試佢嘅排骨，好細心，即炸排骨都係分開上，唔會俾湯浸淋咗佢排骨係薄薄地嘅，切到一件一件粉漿唔係太厚，包住排骨仍然肉汁豐富，超讚🥰#認真做嘅食肆仍然有好多人欣賞#有冇真係認真做好

🔸 #菜膽雞球牛肉麵
雞球是三隻小雞髀🍗 普普通通，
食唔到雞味～
不過肉質都嫩滑
牛肉是牛𦟌，燘得軟硬度啱啱好
返而鍾意佢嘅面嘅質地，
唔係淋但係滑，好似吸一啖就會滑咗落喉嚨咁👍
湯底唔加味精，非常唔錯

我諗呢個應該係招牌麵
有三棵白菜仔，好新鮮爽脆
雲吞喺厚皮嘅菜肉雲吞，
平時嘅厚皮真係好厚又偏硬
呢度嘅皮厚薄啱啱好，包煮入邊菜同豬肉
好新鮮，好味道🤤
當然要試一試佢嘅排骨，
好細心，即炸排骨都係分開上，
唔會俾湯浸淋咗佢
排骨係薄薄地嘅，切到一件一件
粉漿唔係太厚，包住排骨仍然肉汁豐富，超讚🥰
