To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來今日係想去食鼎泰豐嘅，點知初三先開咁為有搵下尖沙咀仲有邊間有小籠包食嘅係營業𠺢啦。。。打左好幾間都無人聽最後，好在呢度有開咋無乜人，唔使等位。呢個未食，就已經覺得啲皮係厚嘅個底還好。。。但啲肉嚡嘅本來叫兩籠，好在個侍應落左一籠遮唔想再食。呢款一樣評價，而且蟹粉勁少。丫媽話食返普通嗰款好過撈起係幾個菜入面最好，可惜個麻醬稀得滯。有火腿，萵筍，紅蘿蔔，青瓜，粉絲，哈密瓜，紅毛菜，銀魚仔（餐牌寫有，但我見唔到😅)。好清新，唔想食炒菜就可以叫呢個。呢碟我最鍾意係啲石榴煮到淋曬，無牙都食下到丫啲一字骨我略嫌太多肉😅但丫媽就嫌淋得滯喇，不過個味道係唔錯嘅。總括：呢間啲款式比較創新，但味道就一般般。座位都舒適嘅題外話，啲侍應係咁係floor度傾計，又傾得幾大聲下。寓工作於娛樂？(純粹個人意見)
