To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次黎到西營盤過咗一個好寧靜好relax嘅下午。The ground kitchen係一間靚靚歐陸式小店，店內嘅佈置同埋食物presentation都用花花做裝飾，既colorful又精緻，睇見已經好開心，而每樣菜式靚得黎用料都好新鮮又美味。碟豆花檸檬蜜太靚啦！粉藍色嘅粒冰入面有花瓣好有心思，杯底係好濃嘅蜜糖，整杯飲品顏色非常有層次好靚好吸引，好欣賞係飲到最後唔會因為冰嘅溶化而變得淡味，依然都係好好飲🍹，讚呀香橙煙鴨胸沙律 . 蜜糖芥末汁好靚嘅花花沙律，主要有香橙、車厘茄、火箭菜配上煙鴨胸，好fresh✨生牛肉薄切 . 白松露蜜糖芥末醬生牛肉算鮮嫩，加左d芝士碎同埋松露芥末醬，賣相靚之餘又開胃💜！白酒忌廉智利藍青口花花嘅點綴襯托得好靚，青口亦新鮮，白酒忌廉汁香濃，好味到最後連汁都飲晒😋。北海道帶子紅菜頭意大利飯帶子煎到金黃，新鮮彈牙，紅菜頭醬汁好creamy少少甜，飯入面加左d三文魚子增加口感更好味👍。雜莓意大利奶凍少少酸嘅雜莓配奶味濃滑嘅奶凍，配上Oreo碎，冇得輸呀💕整體來講，每一個菜式都用心製作，係一間好有誠意嘅小店，值得推介

太靚啦！粉藍色嘅粒冰入面有花瓣好有心思，杯底係好濃嘅蜜糖，整杯飲品顏色非常有層次好靚好吸引
