To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酒店自助餐，食物款式繁多，不論刺身、海鮮、冷盤、熱盤、甜品、飲品，全部任君選擇，總有一款啱你口味～刺身揀左最愛既三文魚 & 吞拿魚，非常新鮮肥美，好味！😋牛排都幾好食，鮮嫩多汁有肉味～ 熱盤方面，試左幾款咖喱龍蝦鉗，咖喱味香濃得黎又唔會辣，仲食到有龍蝦嘅鮮甜味 👏🏻咖喱雞肉，雞肉非常入味，好香～炒飯，粒粒飽滿分明，配咖喱菜式非常好～芝士焗龍蝦，食食下聽到有人搖鈴，原黎係有新野出爐，即刻出去拎返隻，鮮甜彈牙嘅龍蝦肉加埋焗到好香嘅芝士，味道一流！每樣水果都試下，全部都好多汁鮮甜，仲可以試下不同芝士既味道，nice～豆腐花好香豆味，超滑，正！藍莓果凍，甜度剛好，不錯～開心果甜品，非常有驚喜，好香開心果味！😋再次聽到搖鈴聲，出去睇下，原黎係火焰雪山，可惜已經食到好飽，下次再試你！
