To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊同事住在跑馬地，她是正宗上海人約我在她家附近的一間道地上海傳統菜式的飯館午膳，地方不大但五臟俱全，有一大塊落地玻璃窗，透光度充足；我們一推門店員立刻上前殷勤招待；坐下看看餐牌，嘩！有很多選擇，花多眼亂，隨便點了蝦仁跑蛋套餐加白飯其餘便給舊同事發板。先來了蝦仁跑蛋套餐餸白飯～熱氣騰騰的一道家常小菜，爽口彈牙；隨之而來的是醉雞套餐餸白飯～酒香味美，清爽涼菜，百吃不厭；然後又端上燻魚一碟～厚實鯇魚做出燻魚，有嚼感，完全沒有魚腥味，反而甘甜美味，滋味無窮；最後來的是小籠包～肉質香濃鮮美，皮薄餡靚，湯汁豐盈鮮甜，把小籠包輕輕提起，一小口咬開慢慢吮嘬，令人愛不釋手。這頓午膳很開心能嚐到正宗的上海菜，足矣🤗
