To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日嘅VCity真係超超超多人，基本上間間食肆都排晒長龍，即使我地已經係下午2點先去食野。其他閒閒地都要等成50-100張枱，百芳池便當相對上係少d人等，但都等左成30分鐘。一入到去野食好快上到，我地叫左百芳豬扒便當 ($61) 同香酥豬扒肉燥乾拌麵 ($63)，驚喜佢免費配送M size純茶，可以揀阿薩母紅茶(原價 $14) / 茉香綠茶(原價 $14) /碳培鳥龍 (原價 $15)！成個餐即刻變到好抵食，飲唔晒又可以拎走邊行街邊飲。兩個餐賣相都超好，好岩打卡。豬扒便當配料有半隻滷蛋、粟米、菜甫、粉絲、少少青菜，好豐富。香酥豬扒肉燥乾拌麵ｄ肉燥好正宗好一流！正！
