記得第一次去食無老鍋是在台中,一直念念不忘,在無老鍋於銅鑼灣開第一間分店之後,已經一再重來,正宗台式火鍋的味道,確實無法取代。一個簡單但材料豐富的湯底,味道超濃,配上無限添加的台式鴨血及豆腐,豆腐吸收湯底精華,欲罷不能。台式火鍋店員服務確實賓至如歸,每樣食物都有建議烹煮時間,其中每次必點台式豆皮,豆皮份量超大,吸收湯汁後亦不會太油膩,更帶有濃烈豆香。安格斯肥牛肥瘦適中,牛肉味濃有咬口。台式花枝丸足料彈牙。
