通關無期,慶幸香港還有正宗風味的川菜讓我一解辣癮辣椒是川菜中不可缺少的作料,紅、暗紅、黑色自然地成為川菜館裝修設計中的元素店內空間蠻寬敞,除了大紅燈籠外,磚牆上還掛有中式戲曲的掛畫可自行以二維碼下單,大部份菜式都可挑選辣度前菜口水雞香料味紛陳,層次豐富,調味恰到好處,麻及辣兼備,鹹甜得宜雞肉肉質軟腍,雞皮爽滑,不會過肥尖椒皮蛋入口是香滑軟嫩的皮蛋香,一下子麻辣後勁整個上衝口味比較重的皮蛋和清香的辣椒配合,輔之以蒜泥,口味鮮香而豐富香鍋麻辣小龍蝦蝦殼酥脆蝦肉Q彈,麻辣鮮香,重口味調味的香料完全吸收於蝦肉內,入口時具豐富的香辣味道,齒留鮮香讓人欲罷不能川館小炒乾煸肥腸煸得香脆,配料紅辣椒和青辣椒也沾了肥腸的香色澤深紅、筋韌辣香、Q彈肥嫩吃起來完全沒有腥味特飲柚子梳打非常清新又不會過甜,解辣一流青島啤酒色澤淺黃,具有清新的酒花香味,苦味適中,口味醇和
