同事今日請咗我去東大街四川重口味食川菜,餐廳是兩層高,有數千呎的高質四川菜館,裝潢設計別緻,富濃厚中國特色。招牌酸菜魚脆鯛魚:辣度揀咗BB辣,酸菜魚的魚片是用魚骨、雞骨和豬骨的濃湯浸熟,魚肉爽滑,味道酸酸辣辣,好惹味,仲有好多酸菜、娃娃菜和薯粉,吸收咗湯的精華,美味極了!濃湯雲吞雞:濃湯清澈中呈奶白色,味道鮮甜。雞已經切件,雞肉嫩滑有雞味,雲吞皮薄肉鮮,餡料有蝦肉十分爽口。香脆魚骨腩:魚骨腩炸至金黃色,因為用咗脆肉鯇魚做,所以魚肉特別爽脆,送酒一流。
