今晚來到大坑食燒肉,朋友帶路下走過橫街暗巷來到呢一間和牛燒肉專門店。個晚碰巧下著微微雨,而店舖門外裝潢以木色為主調,真係好似係日本街頭行緊一樣,氣氛甚佳。餐廳有兩邊,一邊居酒屋一邊就專食燒肉。食燒肉之前我地點了一些前菜和刺身。汁煮枝豆先來汁煮枝豆,高湯汁煮讓枝豆吸取了湯汁精華,每次食枝豆前菜都會食唔停口。柑橘醬配海蜇另外一道前菜係柑橘醬配海蜇,冷海蜇爽口,配搭清新柑橘醬。建議留返小小陣間配合燒肉食,同時減低油膩感。日本高糖番茄接下來有日本高糖番茄,超大超鮮甜,酸酸甜甜很開胃。白象拔蚌刺身刺身方面有特色白象拔蚌薄切片,十分鮮甜,食落口感好爽口。鯛魚薄切(柚子汁)鯛魚薄切很鮮美,蘸上柚子汁很開胃。刺身(大拖羅、油甘魚、帶子)另外點了三色刺身,包括大拖羅、油甘魚、帶子,份量好多,特別鍾情於帶子,大大粒很新鮮,清甜至極。食完前菜和刺身,終於到主角登場!今次點了特上和牛盛合,很豐富。套餐包括特選和牛厚切西冷、特選和牛厚切肉眼、和牛三角嫩肉、和牛嫩肋眼上蓋、和牛牛排肉和厚切牛舌。我自己最鍾意牛舌和和牛三角嫩肉,前者有口感,牛味濃郁。後者牛三角嫩肉肉質腍,而且油脂比例剛好,十分推薦。下次想試正宗唔同

我自己最鍾意牛舌和和牛三角嫩肉,前者有口感,牛味濃郁。後者牛三角嫩肉肉質腍,而且油脂比例剛好,十分推薦。

下次想試正宗唔同和牛部位嘅燒肉就要嚟試下。
