元朗阿叔泰麵 阿叔已經開左好多年,經過疫情洗禮,仍然 屹立不倒牆壁圖畫和天花裝飾別具心才正宗泰國船麵不是很多地方有, 而且味道令人回味每次來我最喜歡吃船麵和炸蝦餅今次船麵我選了金邊粉,有4粒豬肉丸,豬肉片多片,搭配芽菜,通菜和花生碎, 口感豐富靈魂炸豬皮非常重要!記得加埋四種調味魚露,白糖,白醋,辣椒粉,我最喜歡喝湯底(香料)味道好獨特。朋友喜歡香葉肉碎蛋飯香葉肉碎辣得刺激食欲,太陽蛋的蛋汁撈飯更是一絕!餐廳炒肉碎比較多汁,不是乾柴柴感覺所以送飯好惹味!我們還選了炸榴槤波波甜品第1次點有些期待.真的脆皮流心,要好小心吃非常燙口,沒有中伏外皮酥脆,軟糯柔軟,和榴槤很匹配!驚喜之作香甜軟糯!而且榴槤味道不算很重,放心吃完不口臭。飲品選了菠蘿香矛特飲和泰式奶茶簡單一餐但很滿意!80分
