To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說岩岩過去個weekend同家人行開港島，走去北角睇下有咩食，行到錦平街見到依間閩港小廚連校長譚榮麟都係常客就入去試下啦。由於屋企係福建人，福建野真係由細食到大，但可惜始終係香港都食唔到家鄉既味道。果晚我地一行4個人點左5個餸: 福建滷麵，五香雞卷拼炸醋肉，牛腩清湯，豉汁蒸鱔，鹽水拼盤。強力推薦: 豉汁蒸鱔鱔蒸得岩岩好！個豉汁好正！聽講師傅每日精心調製😋聽講廚師都係福建人！所以係餐廳大部分都係同鄉黎幫襯，可見佢地既食物都幾正宗，大家都黎食家鄉既味道當晚我地食左唔夠半個鐘就清哂5樣野😂價錢ok，食物又正宗！力推比鐘意正宗福建菜既人👍🏻
