話說岩岩過去個weekend同家人行開港島,走去北角睇下有咩食,行到錦平街見到依間閩港小廚連校長譚榮麟都係常客就入去試下啦。由於屋企係福建人,福建野真係由細食到大,但可惜始終係香港都食唔到家鄉既味道。果晚我地一行4個人點左5個餸: 福建滷麵,五香雞卷拼炸醋肉,牛腩清湯,豉汁蒸鱔,鹽水拼盤。強力推薦: 豉汁蒸鱔鱔蒸得岩岩好!個豉汁好正!聽講師傅每日精心調製😋聽講廚師都係福建人!所以係餐廳大部分都係同鄉黎幫襯,可見佢地既食物都幾正宗,大家都黎食家鄉既味道當晚我地食左唔夠半個鐘就清哂5樣野😂價錢ok,食物又正宗!力推比鐘意正宗福建菜既人👍🏻
