To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 紅磚巷(Brick Lane)位於倫敦東區,因15世紀開始磚瓦製造業興盛而得名,沿路街頭塗鴉、街頭藝人表演、古董書市集、移民美食攤販等完美體現倫敦次文化風貌。以紅磚巷命名的BRICK LANE顧名思義是主打英國菜式,繼銅鑼灣、金鐘及尖沙咀分店後最近更進駐大圍全新大型商場「圍方」。英式炸魚薯條 ($188)不少英國人享用炸魚薯條時會配上青豆蓉,而這份除了自家製他他醬及檸檬汁外都加上青豆,魚柳肉質緊緻結實並保持鮮嫩,炸衣酥脆且厚薄適中,亦不會輕易皮肉分離,而粗薯條都同樣外脆內軟。招牌英式早餐 ($178)除了煙三文魚、香腸、火腿、煙肉、焗豆、薯餅、番茄、大啡菇等全日早餐中常見的食材之外,更加入英國代表食品之一——豬血腸(black pudding),主要以豬血、豬油及燕麥或其他穀物製成,雞蛋可選煎蛋或炒蛋,炒蛋軟滑水嫩且富蛋香,而多士則選用酸種麵包質感軟中帶韌。鹹蛋軟殼蟹意大利麵 ($182)軟殼蟹肉身飽滿並炸得外酥內軟,意大利麵麵質恰到好處保留彈性,加入大量鹹蛋黃烹調故能嘗出粒粒起沙口感,油潤甘香但個人認為仍可更加濃厚。招牌牛肉漢堡 ($175)牛肉漢堡厚度十足且肉味香濃,表面煎得微微焦
