To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚有幸跟此店的熟客在店內晚飯聚會,我早到了,先來一杯越式㗎啡,真正的「越式滴滴」,已是眼睛先食,㗎啡粉與煉奶的份量配搭得宜,味道一流,老闆是越南華僑,老闆娘是正宗越南靚太,早上5點多回店準備開店至晚上十時,好像每星期只一天不做晚市,兩公婆加埋三數個年青女侍應,服務窩心,老闆早為我們三人準備一盆沙律、一盆濛粉、越式小食拼盆、米紙烤肉卷及酸子魚(湯上),沙律疏菜/洋蔥/花生/牛肉/扎肉混合比例👍加上老闆娘自家制(煮過)魚露,好快就清碟,濛粉是二食,加上魚露是撈濛,加上酸子魚的湯是湯濛,小食拼盆及米紙烤肉卷是配餸,特別要提酸子魚內的「薄荷葉框」是越南空運來,美味一絕,所以餐牌無,要看緣份,最後熟客加點了「熱咸檸疏打」,加上老闆娘自家制「美蘭糕」,原來咸檸疏打飽餐後熱飲是非常舒服,「班蘭糕」甜品班蘭味清香,越式糕點的煙韌,不甜;一定要再去,要食法飽及老闆強列推介的滷水豬肉鴨蛋飯🙏
