To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和女兒外出晚膳，在屋邨商場內發現一間自稱是"正宗魚旦專家"的粉麵舖，決定去試試。餐廳裝修得和普通粉麵舖一樣，十分簡單，平平無奇。餐廳用餐的人頗多，座位都差不多坐滿了。既然自稱是"正宗魚旦專家"，我自然不作他選。點了一碗魚旦麵和一碗牛肚、魚皮餃麵。两碗麵的份量都算多，魚旦麵有四粒雪白的魚旦和两片魚片。而魚皮餃也很大很飽滿。急不及待咬ㄧ口魚旦，魚旦做得十分爽口彈牙，還帶着濃濃的魚香味，很鮮甜、很好吃呀！牛肚煮得很腍很入味，口感很好。可惜魚皮餃的外皮做得太厚，一囗咬下去時有點硬的感覺。幸好內裡的肉比較鮮美，味道還不錯。雖然我不知道"正宗"魚旦的定位如果，但這餐廳出品的魚旦確實做得出色!
