🇭🇰Hong KongAverage expense pp: HKD $500-600+📍Address: 炭家Sumiya, Central中環非常特別嘅正宗鰻魚店,味道同埋服務都比想像中有驚喜。前菜 茶碗蒸、鰻魚凍,第一次食鰻魚凍,比想像中好味😋鰻魚厚燒玉子,竟然係玉子入面包住鰻魚,呢個組合意外地好味。當然一定要試吓佢哋嘅鰻魚,白燒鰻魚串,店家比咗3款醬同埋粉比我哋配鰻魚食,鰻魚由炭燒非常香口,厚身肥美。燒洋蔥,第一次食,冇諗過洋蔥都可以咁玩lol,但食落真係幾甜,而且唔辣!另外點左和牛串,就咁睇都見到啲飽滿嘅油脂,建議唔洗配七味粉,就咁食已經好味,牛肉嘅油脂係口腔內爆發。獅子唐卷,第一次食,獅子唐係一種日本嘅青椒,都幾特別。個人幾喜歡豚蘆笋卷,可能因為我鍾意食蘆笋。重要嘅事情🙋🏼‍♀️一定一定一定要試蒲燒鰻魚飯,條鰻魚又係燒得好好,整條鰻魚咁上,鰻魚厚身肥美,食完之後真係想同朋友叫多一個嚟食。食完咁多鰻魚再食水果🍉,感覺清新。值得一讚staff態度/服務都好好,又會主動加茶,又會介紹有咩菜式推介,又會介紹食法,令人賓至如歸
