今日出尖沙咀覓食,見到有間新開中華菜館。難得老公肯陪我食川菜,梗係唔好放過呢個機會~門面已經滲透滿滿中華氣色,入內就更驚喜,場內擺設丶裝飾丶枱櫈同餐具餐牌都有濃厚的中國風我地揀咗兩樣招牌菜同一個炒飯,水煮肥牛丶宮廷小炒肉和肉鮑螺炒。先嚟水煮肥牛,好大一鍋,紅通通的一鍋~下筷撈起除有辣椒乾丶還有肥牛丶紅薯粉丶娃娃菜丶大豆芽。肥牛肥瘦均勻,火喉啱啱好,又嫩又腍,紅薯粉配麻辣更是絕配,還有大豆芽同娃娃菜消消辣,好食惹味,跟住就係第二味招牌菜出場,宮廷小炒肉,即尖椒炒肉片,尖椒不會過辣,豬肉片又厚身又嫩滑,下飯一流~前兩味菜咁惹味,梗要叫個飯佐食,揀咗個特別的炒飯,叫肉鮑螺炒,用鮑魚肉和螺片炒的炒飯,炒到一粒飯一粒米,可見廚師工架了得,不用伴餸也很好味呢間菜館除味道出色外,裝潢也好有特色,賞心悅目,而且好易搵~仲有午餐提供添

我地揀咗兩樣招牌菜同一個炒飯,水煮肥牛丶宮廷小炒肉和肉鮑螺炒。
