之前成日都會食宜間打邊爐，以前唔係叫方叔叔，係叫渝味曉宇，好鐘意食宜間既麻辣湯底，好正宗。今次叫左鴛鴦鍋，一邊麻辣湯底，一邊菇湯，麻辣味不嬲都好出色，仲可以調教麻同辣度，越煮會越辣，菇湯呢，就好多材料一齊煮，每次都叫佢再加濃d湯，好好飲，會上癮，冬天飲會好保暖。叫左dd 火鍋材料-鴨血好好食，又厚-牛d雪花好平均，一煮就冧-蝦滑要自己整，但每一啖都好彈牙-桂花蚌煮30秒就食得，煮煮下會大左-魚肚要剪開，再煮-薯仔叫左半份，放落麻辣湯底好入味
