To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到左節假日食好野既時候啦,就搵間大快活即係便利優質選擇,入場就即刻揀左黑松露炒蛋炸魚脆皮腸+英式多士+熱奶茶, 食多士類要趁熱爽手整上薄薄一層牛油大啖咬先食得出佢既精華好味,炸魚份量剛好配上醬汁味道可口,脆皮腸外片堅韌內裡鬆軟都值得讚賞,跟住落就係食個清淡火腿通粉緩和下,接住就係用味覺欣賞下鮮甜有味既番茄湯仲有彈牙出色既烏冬麵,裡面既雞扒都係要給予特別讚嘆,基本炸雞扒功夫做得好之外,軟硬適唔會癡牙即使浸入番茄湯裡面依然好食更多左些少番茄甜味,其實簡單都可以好滿足架!
