之前經過油麻地A出口條巷仔,發現有個新大廈,一望上去已經開左幾間食肆,哩排見天氣咁凍,一於就打邊爐先啦!一入去就覺得哩度空間感闊落,唔似一般火鍋店既氣氛。又有我最愛既高椅背卡位同圓枱揀。我地兩個人岩岩好可以叫一個set。湯底叫左雪山飛龍同埋東方美人鍋,雪山飛龍鍋姐係蛋白球同埋龍躉片😍而東方美人鍋就係竹絲雞同桃膠,兩個鍋都好好味,連料食感覺好滋補。當中既蛋白球好正,唔同時間食就有唔同口感,開頭食係好似綿花咁溶左喺口,之後煮多一陣,蛋白球就可以有d煙韌口感,重點係索哂湯汁嫁😜😜 中間仲有即整既火焰酒煮蜆螺,勝在有得睇有得食海鮮揀左龍躉片、海蝦、蟶子皇、脆鯇片。當龍躉片同海蝦最正!好鮮甜,魚又夠滑。蟶子其實都好食,不過佢寫係蟶子皇,所以expect係大大隻果款😂 手切頂級安格斯牛頸脊…雖然未講過另外幾款肉,但我覺得哩個係必叫既😂牛頸脊切得薄,所以輕輕煮幾秒就食得,食到牛味,肉質夠嫩又不失肉既彈性,脂肪量少,好過食肥牛多多聲😜叫多一碟都食得哂😍手工火鍋拼盤…每樣都好有心思整得好靚嫁!當中最驚喜係手打安格斯香辣牛丸,手打始終冇機打咁彈牙,但佢哩個質感其實都係偏向彈性既!食到有牛肉味又唔鞋唔乾同有

即炸響玲卷…即炸既野係最好既!響玲勁大條,夠鬆脆又冇油yik味,記得放入湯底一秒就食得喇😙
紫貝天葵…估唔到可以喺哩度食到!記得我上次飲係喺大澳,真係一試難忘。哩杯野飲好配好健康又愛打邊爐我朋友,味道酸酸甜甜,重點係杯野係暖嫁❤ 好正!!
