噚晚同D波友在旺角打完桌球,一齊揾嘢食,度度都咁逼,要排隊至有得食,边有心機排吖?幾條友边行边倾,漸行漸遠,去咗勝利道,見到有间「拍扳風味」,仲有啲位,立即樁入去。点知一食之下,食出彩虹,好耐未試过食得咁愜意,简直係飛來口福!我哋主力食大闸蟹,一般大闸蟹食得多,呢次竟然有得生食!用花雕加白酒加蒜头生浸大閘蟹,口感跟熟食完全不同,鲜甜無比,齒頰留香。食完一隻生,食番幾隻熟,熟的除了普通清蒸,仲有药膳食法,即加药材和花雕來蒸,據經理介紹,此乃健康食法。至於点解健康,我哋一味掛住食,冇留意經理解釋。除咗大闸蟹,白灼牛肉、清湯腩都好正。特別要提一提個糯米飯,可以話係我有生以來食过最正斗嘅糯米飯。食完呢餐,二話不說,我立即訂定枱,下星期帶老婆同外母乸嚟食,事关佢哋係上海人,最鬼鍾意食大闸蟹!

我哋主力食大闸蟹,一般大闸蟹食得多,呢次竟然有得生食!用花雕加白酒加蒜头生浸大閘蟹,口感跟熟食完全不同,鲜甜無比,齒頰留香。食完一隻生,食番幾隻熟,熟的除了普通清蒸,仲有药膳食法,即加药材和花雕來蒸,據經理介紹,此乃健康食法。至於点解健康,我哋一味掛住食,冇留意經理解釋。
