長假期後的第一個工作天仍未完全收拾心情,下班後決定到蘇豪喝一杯才回家一出登山電梯便被一風格特別的門面所吸引,決定一探究竟餐廳以武士作裝修主題,運用不規則的金色支架營造出武士刀刀光劍影感覺環境燈光較暗,有吧枱及調酒師調酒,集串燒和酒吧於一身牆壁畫上Q版武士達摩,每個角落都是打卡位,感覺新潮時尚主角安藝虎土佐錦無濾過純米吟釀飄逸著蜜瓜、香蕉般的爽香和牛他他用西冷切片加上味道清新細膩的洋蔥令口感更昇華雞皮用鹽燒至香脆,加點青檸檬汁味道更香口雞頸肉肥瘦交織融合,肉質比其他部位更具彈性,富有嚼勁自家製免治雞肉軟骨混合金黃色的蛋黃,一邊吃一邊卜卜作響,非常過癮牛橫隔膜纖維質豐富、很有嚼勁,有油質熱量較低西京燒銀鱈魚帶有淡淡白味噌的甘甜味中和了銀鱈魚的油膩感牛湯將牛的原味完全濃縮進去的湯頭味道濃厚清甜燒七味魚翅較薄邊位燒成脆身如餅乾,配以沙律醬更美味可口
