To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我叫的是「紅燒獅子頭」,呢個頭,邊度有紅燒的痕跡呢? 啲汁又唔係濃油赤醬嘅紅,個肉球又無炸過,呢檀嘢完全顛覆左我對紅燒獅子頭的認知。圖中的所謂獅子頭,其實是一球小籠包果種豬肉餡,浸在一碗唔知咩味的汁入面。豬肉咬落是異常鬆軟,如果呢舊嘢是包在上湯小籠包內,係正常的。但佢硬係要單飛出道,自成一個菜,咁就「露餡」了。$48/位,仲要兩位起,即是$98你俾呢兩舊嘢人食,極差!好心啦,呢舊肉注定不見天日,都係安守本份做返小籠包的餡仲好啦。
