To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5月11日一早訂左位食母親節飯,這裏推出一個套餐,好抵,我地就食呢個餐呀! 用信用咭還再有折添呀!套餐包括:上湯焗加拿大龍蝦(伊麵底)龍蝦都算大隻,但係唔夠新鮮,d肉唔夠爽口呀,伊麵都ok一品燒味拼盤有雞,鵝,燒肉,叉燒,海浙,冇咩特別,ok唔差的豉味鳯片翠花枝翠玉瓜都鮮甜的,有花枝片,雞肉,有些蝦醬味,花枝片都好薄好爽口的家鄉釀玉環瑤柱好大粒,醉係節瓜入面,味道幾好,上面有一些生菜作配菜紅燒銀簪大煲翅後尾唔係呢個翅,係變左花膠燴雞絲,但都冇同我地講過有呢個轉變,雖然味道都ok,幾多花膠及雞絲的呀!沖菜欖角蒸海班呢條唔知咩班,咁樣切開蒸冇咁滑喎,ok啦珍菌湯泡津白有些什菌配津白,都鮮甜的,什菌入味,我鍾意食休菌所以good.原味水晶雞沒有甚麼特別的蒸雞,雞肉都滑身的,唔知點解叫水晶雞啊.鳯凰馬蹄露有些蛋塊,感覺好怪,唔好食啊,有種腥味架.我地有十四個人,所以驚唔夠食,另外叫左一個福健炒飯,一個雪菜肉絲炆米,但係仕應話如果我地叫散叫既餸要等1小時以上,咁我地咪早d叫囉,但係15分鐘之後就嚟晒啦. 福健炒飯可以啦,都多料,但係雪菜肉絲炆米係碎米,好似食糊仔咁,唔掂啊.今晚係食母親節飯,所以

有雞,鵝,燒肉,叉燒,海浙,冇咩特別,ok唔差的

豉味鳯片翠花枝
翠玉瓜都鮮甜的,有花枝片,雞肉,有些蝦醬味,花枝片都好薄好爽口的

家鄉釀玉環
瑤柱好大粒,醉係節瓜入面,味道幾好,上面有一些生菜作配菜

紅燒銀簪大煲翅
後尾唔係呢個翅,係變左花膠燴雞絲,但都冇同我地講過有呢個轉變,雖然味道都ok,幾多花膠及雞絲的呀!

呢條唔知咩班,咁樣切開蒸冇咁滑喎,ok啦

珍菌湯泡津白
有些什菌配津白,都鮮甜的,什菌入味,我鍾意食休菌所以good.

沒有甚麼特別的蒸雞,雞肉都滑身的,唔知點解叫水晶雞啊.

鳯凰馬蹄露
有些蛋塊,感覺好怪,唔好食啊,有種腥味架.

今晚係食母親節飯,所以勁多人,勁忙亂,但係都唔使分兩輪的,我見枱枱都幾乎食呢個套餐,真的係抵食的,份量都係大份的.
