一年一度母親節飯, 去了這間酒樓, 好多時也會來這裏的, 因份量大, 又抵食, 坐位唔算迫, 今年我們揀左正日, 都唔算好多人, 枱與枱之間還有好多空位的, 好舒服呀.乳豬全體, 隻豬感覺有點黑, 燶左呀, 不過味道都係好味的, 唔會好肥, 份量都足呀, 個皮都算脆皮的, 好味呀.蟹肉竹苼海皇大生翅, 這個翅都好大窩, 好足料呀. 好多蟹肉, 味道唔會過咸, 啱啱好的, 竹苼吸晒翅的味道, 好好味.上湯焗波士頓龍蝦伊麵底, 好吸引呀, 大大碟, 賣相已好討好, 試下味道先, 龍蝦肉都算多, 都新鮮爽口鮮甜的, 唔會腥, 唔會唔新鮮的感覺. 伊麵吸晒D龍蝦汁, 好好味, 又彈又爽口. 呢碟龍蝦夠晒份量海港醬燒雞, 隻雞燒到好靚, 顏色係啱啱好的, 個皮都好脆口, 又香口, 啖啖肉, 雞肉都唔會鞋的, 又唔算好肥. 法國鵝肝花姿丸, 這個花枝丸熱辣辣, 用張紙裝住, 好細心的, 賣相好靚, 入面原來係有鵝肝的, 立刻感覺好富貴呀, 不過鵝肝份量好少的, 一小粒, 食唔到甚麼味道的. 花枝丸好味, 我覺得唔加鵝肝, 成粒都係花枝丸仲好食.翡翠炒雙蚌, 西蘭花好青綠, 唔會好硬的, 好好味,
