To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日天氣日漸寒冷，連不喜愛熱湯食物的我也不禁吃起熱粥來，說起粥舖，就不期然想起這裡，他們自稱有全港最好的咸肉粽賣，但我卻喜歡這兒的泥鯭粥。 今天一個人獨自到這兒，為的就是那一碗美味的「拆肉泥鯭粥」，送來時熱氣騰騰，香味如舊，可是撈一下後，發現魚肉少得可憐，沒有以往那麼豐富，味道不及以往般鮮甜，味道較淡，幸好粥底仍然軟綿。另外，放一些唔脆唔腍的油炸鬼後，很快便了結這碗粥，向金牌咸肉粽進發。「全港最正咸肉粽」餡料亦算豐富，可是味道已不及從前，當中還有點硬崩崩，不知是否有生米的關係，只能說旁邊的豉汁更美味。 經過今次以後，至愛的美味泥鯭粥恐怕離我而去，而且連美味的咸肉粽亦恐怕慢慢離去，真心希望水準能回復以往般。
