To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每週必食2-3次的雲吞魚片麵

屋企樓下商場有幾間食肆，但只有呢間江仔記我幾乎每個禮拜都食2-3次。雖然佢哋出名魚蛋河，但我最鐘意食佢哋嘅鮮蝦雲吞，蝦多爽滑彈牙。 不過比起啱啱開業時，宜家啲雲吞蝦肉少咗啲，味道亦淡咗少少，但比起其他雲吞麵店，仍然算優質。佢哋嘅辣椒油都非常正，夠辣又夠香。今日幫襯下午茶時間，點咗個雲吞魚片麵餐，35蚊送一杯熱飲。雲吞仍然保持水平，魚片彈牙有淡淡魚味。但麵冇平時咁彈牙，師傅應該重手咗啲。湯底濃味，但就咸咗少少，不過平時都係咁，冇計。不過我照樣加醋、加辣椒油，將每週朝拜的雲吞麵變成一場味覺盛宴！另外點咗檸檬茶，水平一般，平時就最鐘意點佢哋嘅奶茶更正，茶濃奶香。過幾日又嚟幫襯！
