To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相隔半年上次試完黃埔,一直都好想試元朗嘅總店~今日終於如願🤣店面感覺比黃埔細少少,閒日依然爆場!而我哋當然死都要坐師傅前面啦🤣對我黎講食Omakase最驚喜係每一次唔同嘅Menu,食到時令最靚嘅食材🤤茶碗蒸:對比上次我更加鍾意今次嘅黑松露配蒸蛋。日本章紅魚:用咗蘿蔔蓉、怱、醋調味,師傅建議我哋咀嚼多啲,真係越嚼越有鮮味!油甘魚用紫蘇葉葉過,再利用網燒嘅方法所以油份特別高,成口油香👍🏻九州嘅象拔蚌同北海道噴火灣嘅帆立貝,原來北海道嘅帆立貝味道比較濃而且爽口!呢個係我最鍾意嘅中拖羅,利用背部肉所以魚味好濃!將池魚切碎加入芝麻、蔥同金箔,再混合特製醬油!紫菜亦可以提升魚嘅鮮味!金線鯛即係日本嘅紅衫魚,面頭係Wasabi所以食落去會辣辣地刺激下味蕾!日本嘅魷魚面頭係烏魚子,盛產期係九月至十月,味道比較甘香。和歌山鮑魚蒸左三個鐘頭再加昆布同蘿蔔,記得點肝醬食味道更加濃郁望落去一件普通嘅三文魚子,其實係加左柚子呢兩種配合層次豐富,而且口感好清新。最後當然係以日本靜岡蜜瓜做結尾!
