To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豬大腸+豬紅+豬耳+加魚卷小窩紅薯粉（小辣）：去任何一間雲貴香分店，必叫豬大腸，原因是入味非常，而且配合辣湯底更加津津有味。首試豬紅和豬耳，完全沒有令人失望之選。豬紅入味而且Juicy，豬耳爽脆，分量十足。三款豬系列拼在一起味道很夾。小窩米線配有芽菜、韭菜、蔥、芫荽，識食一定會把所有配料全部吃光光。紅薯粉雖然要加兩蚊，但是無論份量和口感別具特色。紅薯粉晶瑩剔透，煙煙韌韌，吸收濃湯精華令人回味！小食：日本鱈魚豆腐，一份有4粒星星，賣相極之吸引，必定是兒童之選！除了賣相之外，味道和口感都不錯，軟綿綿帶點咬口，香香豆味。$15算是頗為經濟的小食。
