日熹樓出名在佢個百味菜宴,100樣餸盛惠4888,咁我就梗係食唔起啦,亦都唔夠人腳食,就咁食個晚飯小試牛刀先。醉雞不過不失啦,有酒味,雞肉夠實有咬口,雞皮唔肥,但係比起唐宮小聚嘅醉雞,尚有距離。四色小籠包係全晚水準最高嘅,有茴香,孜然,原味同埋唔記得咗四隻味,好食在於皮薄肉汁豐富餡料新鮮之外,呢啲茴香,孜然同埋唔記得咗唔會太過濃味,唔會喧賓奪主,值得一讚。至於冇鑊氣嘅清炒河蝦仁,其實係好新鮮彈牙,味道適中。睇落好似細細兜,其實份量亦都好夠,可惜身為一碟炒餸,佢係完全冇鑊氣。喺呢方面表現緊貼蝦仁嘅蔥爆羊肉,肉質其實亦都唔差,食落亦都頗為惹味,可惜亦都係完全冇鑊氣。最後碟炒年糕亦都有心爭奪全晚最冇鑊氣嘅寶座,本身上海年糕係有分現成切定同埋餐廳自己切兩款嘅,後者會彈牙啲立體啲好食啲,而呢度本來係屬於後者,但係好遺憾地喺全晚最冇鑊氣比賽入面三碟參賽者係打和啦super。
