位於西營盤既呢間泰國菜,之前食過lunch覺得唔錯,一直都想試下食晚餐,咁岩搵到附近返工既朋友收工一齊去👭🏻九龍城雖然好多泰國菜,大部分都係泰國人主理,但已經變得好港式,反而呢一間係傾向正宗泰國口味🇹🇭🥢Ping Luam 串燒🍖豬肉串拼雞肉串,豬肉同雞肉都非常有份量,唔係平衡串燒咁細細粒,外皮燒到焦香,充滿炭燒味。肉質有彈性,咬落去能感受到肉汁喺口入面,再配上餐廳特製既甜酸青瓜醬同沙嗲醬,味道層次再提升。串燒絕對係我會想回頭既一道菜😋🥢Pad Thai泰式炒金邊粉🦐泰式炒金邊粉係泰菜中既經典,雖然都係用簡單材料豆腐乾、雞蛋、韭菜、芽菜,加入羅望子醬炒成,但就好似中式福建炒飯,好睇廚師功架。呢個炒金邊粉above average啦,略嫌唔夠鑊氣,反而2隻大虎蝦較出色,燒完用羅望子醬炒兩炒,味道酸酸甜甜,蝦肉爽口重蝦味🥢Stir-Fried Morning Glory 炒通菜🥬炒通菜唔好食,$80一碟細細碟都幾唔抵食,雖然通菜爽脆,但係調味好一般又唔夠鑊氣🥢Coconut Ice-cream 椰子雪糕🥥用椰子殼裝住椰子雪糕,上面鋪左椰子肉同炒過既花生,雪糕既椰子味香濃仲充滿奶香,濃郁軟滑
