今日到紅磡黃埔閒逛,路經黃埔美食天地美食坊,被巧饍坊的屏風吸引。由九個方格組成的屏風,每格擺放着一朶玻璃蓮花。踏進店內,佛教的音樂伴以柔和的燈光,令人安靜下來。食物種類非常豐富,有套餐也有單點。我們點選椒鹽黃金脆豆腐作前菜,香煎蘿蔔糕、皇牌素小籠包和豉油王炒腸粉作小食,秘製蜜汁叉燒作頭盆,雪菜肉絲炒年糕做主菜。椒鹽黃金脆豆腐外脆內軟,可是椒鹽味很淡,顏色也太淺色,未能達至金黃色。香煎蘿蔔糕皮脆,蘿蔔味濃,不錯。皇牌素小籠包是最失望的食物,小籠包餡內上湯太少,味道也很淡,似窩貼多啲😂。豉油王炒腸粉只見色而不吃不到豉味,怪怪的。秘製蜜汁叉燒最突出,色香味中,只有香味略遜於燒味店的叉燒,顏色和口感幾可亂真。雪菜肉絲炒年糕的肉絲非常神似肉片。
