To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 繼昨天試完豚王之後今日轉戰另一間慕名已久o既燒肉店 - 牛角星期二o既2pm去到尖沙咀店當然冇人等位啦佢地o既lunch set係去到3點o既所以睇左幾次就決定要兩個set再加散叫先黎前菜感覺有點韓式但係自己覺得冇乜所謂作為燒肉o既前菜係唔錯o既中間o個樽仔就係呢度好出名o既醬汁-魔法之鹽但係好奇怪有醬汁但冇器皿但係明明個個店員都係冇乜野做(已經2點半了)係真係冇器皿提供定係佢地唔記得?百思不得其解第一樣散叫o既係溫泉蛋紫菜飯飯是無敵o既日本珍珠米紫菜爽脆只是溫泉蛋略嫌未夠蛋香但係整體是不錯的但話說回來日前去豚王食拉面都冇哂日本蛋唔通呢度用o既唔係日本蛋?之後d牛肉都一碟碟的送上散叫 - 王樣!牛腹胸鬆化好吃不過牛味唔濃蒜味太過霸道同埋如果d牛係好食o既牛油的用處又在哪?靚o既牛肉燒完放入口已經可以滿口油香了加左牛油反而影響左牛肉本身o既味道叫做一嘗心願而已set - 牛助肉切得好馬虎有d切得好大舊...燒完出黎真係有d韌...set - 牛胸腹兩邊燒廿秒就食得充滿肉汁散叫 - 厚切牛舌 一黎o既時候真係嚇左一跳同平時o係盛八/伊呂波見倒o既好唔同係因為盛八/伊呂波都會只會用牛舌中間的

一黎o既時候真係嚇左一跳
同平時o係盛八/伊呂波見倒o既好唔同
係因為盛八/伊呂波都會只會用牛舌中間的部份
而張相最右邊o個兩舊似乎是牛舌邊,甚至係牛舌根

口感當然是怪怪的
而且味道也是怪怪的...
可能是不夠熟的緣故吧
但是正常牛舌中間的部份
燒得比較生一點也不是問題

最後還點了一個銅鑼燒 w/ 雲喱拿
冷熱口感一流

兩邊略燒
加上見倒中間的雪糕開始溶掉就大功告成
此物是牛角獨有的
冷熱口感都是一流!

最後埋單$308
不便宜
而且不符合預期
比起盛八可謂還差了不只那一點點
希望第時會更加進步吧!
