To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是朋友介紹我來的, 他的評價讓我不能不來, 但卻失望而回。服務這裡不上100也有90, 所有服務員都體貼而且有效率, 但food quality不夠突出, 燒雞皮脆但肉不夠雞鮮味, 師傅燒得很夠水準但礙於雞本身, 燒肉跟叉燒一樣好, 叉燒果然名不虛傳, 可惜鮑魚冬菇跟蒸魚麻麻, 西芹抄蝦仁無什麼味道, 糖水卻不錯。環境亦有少許失望, 因為照片中的它很漂亮, 那些一粒吊下來的波波很華麗, 但現場的感覺卻平凡了點, 如果要說環境我最喜歡洗手間, 洗手盤的冷光設計很細心, 簡單但討好。
