To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍區朋友難得過海,我帶她遊中西區,這間溫馨的餐廳在水街斜路,藍色的門面吸引目光,裡面的裝潢主要是藍色和白色,很有歐陸風味。我們門坐在窗邊可以感受到自然光透進來,讓坐下來的時候很舒服自在,桌椅的間隔足夠,有適當的空間感。午餐有三道菜lunch set,約有7款主菜選擇,除了餐堂,還可以加錢要沙律及甜品。看似沒什麼特別的蕃茄牛肉雜菜濃湯,清清的湯裡面蘊含了很足料的蕃茄和牛肉碎,所以入口味道濃郁卻不會太重手,一邊喝一邊感受到牛肉的香和蕃茄的甜,高質!🔹紅菜頭黎麥希臘芝士沙律 +$38額外加的沙律份量相當大,兩個人分都可以吃得滿足,上面鋪滿藜麥,還有健康微酸的粒粒希臘芝士,加上食用乾花和紅菜頭粒及新鮮沙律菜,顏色繽紛刺激食慾,最開心是有很多很爽的羽衣甘藍,很滿足。🔹香煎北海道帶子紫薯意大利飯 $198普遍risotto都會讓人有種太膩的感覺,不過這款紫薯risotto完全去除了那個感覺!紫薯自帶的清甜加進creamy口感的飯之中成功減膩,甜甜的risotto反而更開胃,上面有很大粒北海道帶子,每一粒都被煎到呈金黃色,面層稍微用鹽吊味,令整道菜鹹甜比例恰到好處,有驚喜❤️🔹法式香草薯蓉焗脆皮田螺

普遍risotto都會讓人有種太膩的感覺,不過這款紫薯risotto完全去除了那個感覺!紫薯自帶的清甜加進creamy口感的飯之中成功減膩,甜甜的risotto反而更開胃,上面有很大粒北海道帶子,每一粒都被煎到呈金黃色,面層稍微用鹽吊味,令整道菜鹹甜比例恰到好處,有驚喜❤️

第一次看這道菜會用這方式擺盤,精心的擺盤美得像花一樣,上桌已經可以問到焗薯蓉的香,一粒粒「田螺」可以用附上的小匙一口吃下,自家製脆皮有點像粟米片口感,裡面釀了田螺和綿綿薯蓉,鹹香滿滿,重點是,夠脆!

Tiramisu盛載在玻璃杯中,可以看到層次分佈,冧酒均勻地滲入餅底和mousse之中,口感滑溜至於還有實在的口感,上面的可可粉不會摳到喉嚨,從上面看更像一個小盆栽呢~
