To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 開job飯,同事們訂了這裏午膳,大家都毫不客氣”tick”紙仔叫點心--因為阿head 請。~~真係”鄧”佢個荷包傷…….蝦餃:本人至愛之一,好味,蝦夠爽夠彈牙,餃皮煙un菠菜餃:本人至愛另二,一籠三隻,但隻隻size不一,餡的份量也不均,但我對大家不住,因為我吃了最大的那隻…….xx腸粉:份量好少,上枱時,我與隔離位同事都打了個突,但都幾好食迷你煎堆、豆沙鍋餅、糯米煎軟餅:沒有吃,迷你size,但一般酒樓的大點價錢奶皇包:皮薄,奶皇包住豆沙,不溜,幾特別蟹肉泡飯:幾得意,因為有個爐滾住個泡飯,好似打邊爐;湯底甜,但有味精還有一些冷盤及點心,但記不起了總共吃了約五百多元,7個人價錢來說(應該是對我呢d低級職員來說),味道不錯,但坊間一些酒樓更美味,而且價錢更相宜---點都好啦,多謝AIC

[p.s.其實都不太肯定是否這一間, 因為個地址好似唔係呢度, 但個名又係有個湖字, 而且係住於中環中心附近, 要行一條短短的斜路才到德輔道中]
