我成日都會去民華餐廳。今次黎到堅尼地城呢間, 我地叫咗點心,有蘿蔔金錢肚($17)、鵪鶉蛋燒賣($17)、鮮竹卷($17)。先講個蘿蔔金錢肚,蘿蔔一擺入口,已經有個香甜既味道,只有新鮮蘿蔔先做倒。金錢肚比較爽口,嫩滑既金錢肚一咬落去,啲醬汁係口入面隨意飛濺,重點係個汁同金錢肚融為一體而且不油膩,又無搶到本身白蘿蔔既鮮甜,師傅係呢個位都落咗唔少心機。再黎到個燒賣,好足料好抵食,大大粒鵪鶉蛋系上面,燒賣既肉汁係牙逢間滲出黎,整個口感都好豐富。燒賣既選材都唔馬虎,採用新鮮既豬肉,蒸出黎絕對無彈牙,無咗個種翻蒸既霉味,呢個位真係有頂級中菜既功駕。另外,我地仲叫左一個常餐($41)同淨牛筋腩($46),性價比都幾高,啱曬香港人的口味。荷包蛋配腸仔,看似平常,一食落去,驚喜滿載。荷包蛋既蛋汁芳香,成個放入口後用脷輕輕一壓,個蛋黃頓時爆開,果種澎湃感再配上佢啱啱好不燙口既温度,就好比一股幸福既暖流從喉嚨直達腸胃。啱啱烘起的多士,餐廳係兩塊三角形既包上面都塗上厚厚既牛油,食物既温度將牛油溶解,滲透包既纖維,令香溢可口既味道傳遍整個多士,每食一啖就會有一種想食埋下一啖既衝動。呢間餐廳系香港有好多分店,快
