每次去日本一定會去居酒屋,因為好多打工仔放左工都會去果度飲返兩杯、食下串燒~同朋友聯宜下,成日聽到好多笑聲~氣氛真係好好。和居和居暫時係我去過,味道、氣氛同日本最接近嘅。利申: 我對酒精敏感,所以每次都係有得睇無得飲日本河豚干 – 佐酒一流!烤得好香好香,一啲都唔乾又唔鞋口,最重要係一啲腥味都無,一路傾偈一路食下,食多幾條都唔覺得滯鴨吞串 – 又係佐酒野~因為鴨吞本身無乜味,鹽燒嘅味道就啱啱好,一啲都唔咸,啲軟骨真係好好食炸雞件 – 無錯,依然係佐酒野! 個皮好薄,炸得好脆口,唔會覺得好油膩,啲雞肉仲好嫩好多汁,無得輸雞干串 – 睇落好似好唔健康,因為覺得膽固醇會超標,不過佢真係好值得推介,件件都好滑又好實在,連埋個烤醬燒真係丁點肥膩都唔覺,所以食一次半次就由佢啦~洋蔥串 – 呢個好明顯係想減低罪惡感,不過佢都好好食,燒到好淋,無左洋蔥果種獨有嘅辣味秋葵串 – 可能好多人都唔鍾意佢滑’san san’,但我又ok喎,因為佢太有益~除左有蛋白質,仲有豐富的維他命A和B、鈣、磷、鐵。始終食得太多唔健康嘅野係要食返啲有益嘅平衡下煮豬腸雜 – 顧明思義係乜都有啲,豬腸、豬肺、連蘿蔔都炆得好淋好

日本河豚干 – 佐酒一流!烤得好香好香,一啲都唔乾又唔鞋口,最重要係一啲腥味都無,一路傾偈一路食下,食多幾條都唔覺得滯

鴨吞串 – 又係佐酒野~因為鴨吞本身無乜味,鹽燒嘅味道就啱啱好,一啲都唔咸,啲軟骨真係好好食

炸雞件 – 無錯,依然係佐酒野! 個皮好薄,炸得好脆口,唔會覺得好油膩,啲雞肉仲好嫩好多汁,無得輸

雞干串 – 睇落好似好唔健康,因為覺得膽固醇會超標,不過佢真係好值得推介,件件都好滑又好實在,連埋個烤醬燒真係丁點肥膩都唔覺,所以食一次半次就由佢啦~

洋蔥串 – 呢個好明顯係想減低罪惡感,不過佢都好好食,燒到好淋,無左洋蔥果種獨有嘅辣味

秋葵串 – 可能好多人都唔鍾意佢滑’san san’,但我又ok喎,因為佢太有益~除左有蛋白質,仲有豐富的維他命A和B、鈣、磷、鐵。始終食得太多唔健康嘅野係要食返啲有益嘅平衡下

煮豬腸雜 – 顧明思義係乜都有啲,豬腸、豬肺、連蘿蔔都炆得好淋好入味

燒日本魚餅 – 兩面都燒到脆卜卜,魚味夠肉質彈口,一啲魚腥味都無,啱晒啲怕食魚又怕骨啲人

最後黎個咖哩烏冬 – 雖然無配料,但麵質煙韌,淨係配個少少辣嘅咖哩汁都夠晒惹味

最後要講下點解我鍾意呢度嘅氣氛~就係食飯果陣不停聽到廚師同坐喺bar枱嘅客人有講有笑,而餐廳嘅熟客又會非常好客咁幫其他人添酒,你唔會有丁點兒尷尬,只會覺得好溫馨好和諧,呢個畫面喺香港真係好耐都無見過。
