一間樓底特高,座位寬敞舒適 ,氣氛輕鬆的—間料理店👍。前菜: 涼伴海蜤和波菜芝麻醬,海蜇爽口,非常開胃。刺身四款: 牡丹蝦晶瑩通透,鮮甜膠口。👍鮫鰈魚是深海魚所以魚脂豐腴,肉質爽滑鮮。😄鰹魚配上酸甜醬汁好滋味。😋吞拿魚,海鹽,芥末,紫蘇葉配紫菜: 一般都是蘸豉油食,今次用海鹽夾紫蘇葉提升所有味道,整體非常好。牛舌很厚身,但吃時一咬即化,紅酒醤汁味濃,牛舌吸收醬汁的味道,變成很惹味,還嫌份量少😄。 醋物三文魚頭軟骨和BB 鰻魚。三文魚軟骨嚼口,略有腥味 。BB鰻魚滑溜溜,本身没有味道,用醋汁提升味道。主食的五款壽司有海胆,金目鯛,帶子,吞拿和針魚。入口即溶的海胆。帶子鮮甜美味。呑拿魚肥美,几款都是喜歡们😄。手卷吞拿魚茸配蔥🙌,這是我最鍾意。脆紫菜配上軟綿的吞拿魚茸和蔥每啖都是幸福。舞茸清湯,清香暖身!最後黑芝麻雪糕。
