今晚朋友約了去元朗行山,行完就在附近找東西食,見到這間燈光柔和又有氣氛的餐廳便必定要坐低試試。餐湯的磨菇味濃郁,有粒粒蘑菇蓉,淡淡忌廉味,很香很滑,與香脆的蒜蓉牛油多士很夾,蒜香味令人食慾大增。薯條超級好味,是粗薯條,即叫即炸,熱辣辣的,中心的薯蓉幼滑,外層又夠脆。薯條控記得不要錯過。安格斯肉眼配黑松露汁,一塊面積很大,五成熟煮得剛好,中心少少紅,又不會過生,肉質軟滑,不韌,每一口都有肉汁,牛味濃,肥瘦適中。黑松露汁的氣油味不濃,食起來比較似燒汁。紅酒焗羊膝的賣相吸引,原隻羊膝,份量十足。羊膝的肉質厚,煮得夠淋,易咬,不會死實實,羊味濃。薯蓉很滑,配上雜菜有助減低油膩感。朱古力心太軟的攞盤好看,一切開朱古力漿慢慢流出來,朱古力味濃郁,又不會很油。外層的朱古力蛋糕外脆內軟,配上雲呢拿雲糕,又熱又凍,又脆又滑,味道很好。
